N series freeze-drying machine is compact and has the flexibility of large-scale freeze dryer. It is small in space and can handle more flexible samples, which is cost-effective. Suitable for small laboratory, and can choose a variety of configurations:

  • Gland type: suitable for vial bottled material drying, can achieve sample vacuum pressure package. Contains general type of use function.

Working principle

Vacuum freeze-drying technology, also known as freeze-drying technology in China. It refers to the process of drying solid materials under vacuum conditions without direct sublimation of the liquid phase into a gaseous state. In the process of freeze-drying, the solvent directly sublimates from the solid state to the gaseous state because the solid constituents are supported by the hard solid solvent in its place. As the solid solvent sublimates, it leaves pores in the dry residue, so it does not destroy the solute's original chemical structure and form. Moreover, biologically active materials are able to regain their pre-freeze-drying conformation and biological function even after re-dissolution. Therefore, lyophilisation is considered to be one of the safest drying methods with the least influence on the properties of the substances to be dried.
