working principle
DSCIENTZ series of high-throughput tissue grinders adopt high-frequency vertical oscillation, select different grinding beads to grind samples with different properties directly in the centrifuge tube, and the samples in the grinding tube collide with the grinding balls, and the resulting grinding shear The force and impact force completely breaks up the tissue, thereby effectively separating and extracting the original DNA and RNA.
DSCIENTZ-48L has a built-in compressor, which supports cryogenic grinding, effectively avoiding the influence of the frictional heat generated by the grinding parts on the sample nucleic acid and protein.
