"Scientz · Main Yuan" MPB series parallel bioreactor is jointly launched by Scientz Bio and East China Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Team. The core R&D personnel graduated from East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Institute of Biological Sciences of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhejiang University and other institutions of higher learning. They have been engaged in fermentation process research for a long time and have rich experience in reactor design.

The product can help experimenters to efficiently evaluate the influence of different culture strains and process parameters, quickly determine the best process parameters, and guide the subsequent industrial scale-up process. It can be applied to fermentation process optimization, high-throughput strain screening, culture-medium screening and evaluation, etc.

The original AFDP chip module can realize the high-speed parallel transmission control of data and ensure the high consistency of parameters in each reactor. At the same time, the system can be expanded from a single bioreactor system to multiple bioreactor systems. The system also includes a series of well-designed desktop modules and intuitive software control modules, extremely convenient.

Optimization of fermentation process of strain

The key factors affecting fermentation (agitation, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, etc.) can be found out in a short time by using parallel bioreactor to simulate the production process.

Screening of high throughput strains by fixation process
